Landing Page Design & Development

Landing page design for app launches and startups

Good landing page design turns interest into sign-ups. We design and build fast, focused pages that explain your product in seconds. They collect early users before launch and send people to the app stores after it.

What we build

Landing page design that turns visitors into users

A landing page is a single page with one job: getting the visitor to take one action. For an app, that’s usually joining a waitlist before launch, or downloading the app once it’s live.

That focus is what makes it different from a full website. There’s no menu of distractions. Instead, visitors get a clear headline, the reasons to care, proof that others trust you and one obvious next step.

Our blog explains what a website landing page is in more detail.

Before and after launch

A landing page for every stage of your launch

A waitlist page is also a low-cost way to test an idea before you build the app. Our guide on how to validate your startup idea explains why.

What makes it work

What goes into a landing page that converts

Google’s Core Web Vitals measure how quickly and smoothly a page loads, and we build every landing page with them in mind.

How we keep it lean

Launch your landing page first, then improve it with data

A perfect page isn’t needed to start learning. So we get a focused landing page live quickly, then use the numbers to decide what to change, for example the headline, the offer or where the sign-up button sits.

Because we also build apps, the page can grow with your product, from a waitlist to a full launch page, without starting again.

AI tools help us prototype layouts and build pages faster. But a person checks every change before it goes live.

Our process

How we design and build your landing page

  1. Talk about your goal

It starts with a call about your app, your audience and the one action you want visitors to take.

  2. Plan the message

We work out what the page needs to say and in what order. We use your existing brand, or create a look for you if you don't have one yet.

  3. Design and build

You get a design to review, with unlimited revisions. Then we build the page, connect sign-ups and tracking, and put it live on your domain.

  4. Measure and improve

Once visitors arrive, we look at how many sign up or download, then adjust the page to improve those numbers.

Case study

Afchow: a landing page for a food delivery app

Afchow brings Afro-Caribbean food into the mainstream, delivering hearty dishes straight to people’s doors. The team needed a page that explained the app quickly and gave hungry visitors a reason to download it.

We created a clear, informative landing page covering everything people need to know in one place: great food, easy payments and shorter waits.

Cost

How much does landing page design cost?

The cost of landing page design depends on how much content the page needs, whether you already have a brand, and what it connects to, such as a waitlist or analytics. A single pre-launch page costs far less than a full website.

FAQ.

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and answers.

What is a landing page?

A landing page is a single web page designed to get visitors to take one action, such as joining a waitlist, signing up or downloading an app. Unlike a full website, it has no distractions, just the information people need to decide.

Do I need a landing page if my app is already on the App Store?

Usually, yes. App store listings limit what you can show, and they give you little data about where visitors came from. A landing page gives you somewhere to send people from social media, ads and search, and to measure what’s working.

Can a landing page help my app show up on Google?

It can. App store pages rarely appear for broader searches, but a well-built landing page with clear, useful content can rank for searches about the problem your app solves. That brings in people who didn’t know your app’s name.

What should a pre-launch landing page include?

A good pre-launch page has a clear headline about what your app does, a few reasons to care, a peek at the design and a simple sign-up form. Some founders also add a launch date or an early-bird offer to give people a reason to join now.

Can you design a landing page for an app someone else built?

Yes. We can create a landing page for any app, using your existing brand, screenshots and reviews. If the app itself needs design or development work, our other services can help with that too.

Can I update the landing page myself?

If you’d like to, yes. We can build the page so you can change the text and images yourself. Or we can handle updates for you through our support service.

Who owns the landing page?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the design, code and content belong to you, and the page lives on your own domain.
